Ashwagandha Milk

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Vegetable Milk

  • Spices of individual choice such as cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom, and ginger

  • 7 Tsp Ashwagandha Root Powder

  • 1 Tsp Sharkara Ayurvedic Cane Sugar

  • 1/2 Tsp Pepper

PREPARATION:

All ingredients simmer over small heat for a few minutes.

The Ashwagandha milk is suitable for a warm breakfast drink or a good restful night's sleep.
