Morning Smoothie with Barley

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Natural Yoghurt

  • 1/2 Glass of Strawberries (could be frozen)

  • 1/2 Glass of Cranberries (or Black Currant)

  • 2 Tbs Cottage Cheese

  • 1 Tbs Honey

  • 1 Tbs Barley Grass Powder,

PREPARATION:

All ingredients mix in a blender. Ready to drink.
