1/2 Banana - peeled
125 g Pineapple
1/3 Cup Plant-based Milk
2/3 Cup Water
1 Tsp Barley Grass Powder
Cane Sugar - optional /into your liking
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix them together.
Banana and pineapple you can either use fresh or frozen. You can add more Barley Grass Powder depending on your liking.
