Returns: You may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to return: Email hello@agashealth.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll send instructions.
Return shipping: You cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; processing time depends on your provider.
Damaged/defective/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll resolve it quickly.
